Shipping & Returns Policy

RETURNS

 

All items must be returned and reach us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without having been worn, washed or altered with tags still attached.  Please try items on with care. If you decide to return the purchased item, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that it must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains).

 

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.

 

In case of return please email us providing your order details and your full name at pistoriano7@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. All shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.

Pistoriano Trading Ltd is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account.

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable/Non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds on sale items.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

NON-EU DELIVERY

Orders may be subject to taxes, import duties and fees (“Fees”) once they arrive in the destination country. These Fees are not included in our prices nor in our delivery charges and you are responsible for their payment directly to the relevant local authorities.
